●Eliminate residual oil aerosols of over 0.5ppm^mg/mg.
●Air for instrumentation, air measurement, and air pressure control
■Activated charcoal filters: KKF series
●Eliminate odors through absorption by activated carbon
●Eliminate oil vapors
●For pharmaceutical and food products
