●The SCALE™-2 plug-and-play driver 2SP0320x2A0-DP1400B1200T103714/ 2SP0320x2A0C-DP1400B1200T103714(Coated version using ELPEGUARD SL 1307 FLZ/2 from Lackwerke Peters with a typical thickness of 50μm) is a compact dual-channel intelligent gate driver designed for Danfoss IGBTs DP1400B1200T103714. The driver features an electrical interface (2SP0320T) or a fiber-optic interface (2SP0320V and 2SP0320S) with a built-in DC/DC power supply
