●The P4KE Series is designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transient sinduced by lightning and other transient voltage events.
●Features:
■Halogen free and RoHS compliant
■Low incremental surge resistance
■Excellent clamping capability
■400W peak pulse power capability at 10/1000μs waveform,repetition rate (duty cycle):0.01%
■Fast response time typically less than 1.0ps from 0 Volts to VB min
■Typical IR less than 1μA above 12V devices
■High Temperature soldering guaranteed: 265°C/10 seconds/.375′′,(9.5mm) lead length, 5lbs (2.3kg) tension
■Plastic package has underwriters laboratory flammability 94V-0
■Meets MSL level 1, per J-STD-020
■IEC 61000-4-2 ESD 30kV(Air),30kV (Contact)
■Weight: 0.33g
