AMS1000 Gasmass flow meter Datasheet
■AMS1000 is a thermal mass flow meter that calculates the mass flow of the gas by measuring the change in resistance. It adopts the self-developed MEMS mass flow chip. It has advantages such as simple to use, high accuracy, high stability, high and low temperature resistance, good linearity, and short response time.
■The measuring range, accuracy, repeatability, response time, etc. of AMS1000 are all calibrated before leaving the factory.
