VTEM Motion Terminal ECO drive Motion App #06 Description
●The ID of the Motion app must be transferred through the area “operating mode of the valve (valve mode)” of the process data (bits 5 ... 0 in byte 0 (PDO)) to operate the Motion app on a valve( Description of Motion Terminal VTEM, function and parameterisation).
■Functional description
●This Motion App enables energy-efficient cylinder movements, in which the speed is controlled by solely throttling the supply air. Supply air flow control is specified by the user. The exhaust air flow control valve is fully open and cannot be adjusted. The supply air side is blocked when the end position is reached, whereby the compressed air is shut off and the current pressure head is maintained. If the drive leaves the end position due to leakage, it is actively re-pressurised.
