AD3542R 16-Bit, 15/10 MUPS, Multiple Span Output, Multi-IO SPI DAC
●The AD3542R is a low drift ultrafast, 16- bit accuracy, voltage output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) designed to generate multiple output span ranges. The AD3542R operates with a fixed 2.5V reference.
●The AD3542R can be configured to achieve multiple voltage span ranges like 2.5V, 3V, 10V, or ± 5 V.
●The SPI interface can be configured in multiple modes such as single SPI (classic SPI), and dual SPI modes with or without dual data rate (DDR). Dual SPI mode has an additional option for synchronous dual SPI mode. The digital interface supports a digital logic interface from 1.2V to 1.8V.
●To improve device robustness, CRC can be enabled, and multiple error checkers have been integrated to detect VREF failures, or memory map corruption.
●The AD3542R is specified over the extended industrial temperature range (–40°C to +105°C)
