■Silicon Labs is pleased to announce Data Sheet Revision 1.4 for EFR32FG14 Proprietary, 1.5 for EFR32MG14 Multi-Protocol and 1.2 for EFR32ZG14 Z-Wave Wireless SoC families.
■Notable changes from previous revisions are:
◆All references to RFSENSE removed.
◆EFR32FG14/MG14 - Removed AUXHFRCO as a clock source for the RTCC.
◆Fixes other open bugs for xG14 (refer to revision history for details).

■Improve our production capability
●Impact on Form, Fit, Function, Quality, Reliability
■There is no change in form, fit, quality and reliability. Functionality is changed as described in description section.
