3DSR16M08CS4660 MEMORY MODULE SRAM
■General description
●The 3DSR16M08CS4660 is a high-speed highly integrated Static Random Access Memory containing 16,777,216 bit.
●It is organized as four 8-bit bank with a #CS.
●The 3DSR16M08CS4660 uses 8 common input and output lines and has an output enable pin which operates faster than address access time at read cycle.
●Manufactured with 3D-PLUS patented stacking technology, this SRAM memory module is particularity well suited for use in high reliability, high performance and high density system applications, such as solid state mass recorder, server or workstation. The 3DSR16M08CS4660 packaged in a 44 pin SOP is available for Commercial, Industrial or Military temperature range. It is also available with screening options up to space grade level.
