OPT1500/OPT1501/ OPT1502/OPT1503/ OPT1504/OPT1505/ OPT1506/OPT1507/ OPT1508/OPT1509 Reflex Sensor for Roller Conveyor Systems
■Thanks to wenglor’s specially developed design, sensors for roller conveyor systems are mounted between the supporting rollers of a roller conveyor. Individual storage spaces in the roller conveyor system can be electrically or pneumatically switched on and off via the control logic. The sensors thus replace mechanical switching valves. A single item is removed and transported from its storage place in the case of a single discharge, while a block discharge causes all conveyed goods in a defined range to be transported on a conveyor belt at the same time. Up to 60 sensors can be electrically coupled together using a plug connector. Depending on the sensor, a magnetic valve for controlling the pneumatics may be built in.
