REACH 219 STATEMENT (EC) 1907/2006 219 Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC)
●Restrictions and limits of nonylphenol placed in the market is not relevant for articles such as vinyl graphic films which Arlon produces. Arlon vinyl products can be sold into the EU market if products contain traces of nonylphenol above 0.1% w/w, with communication to users.
●The above products produced by Arlon Graphics are defined as “articles” in accordance with Article 3(3) of the REACH Regulation. The products produced by Arlon Graphics are not required to be REACH registered.
●All suppliers of chemical products to Arlon Graphics have confirmed their obligation of information towards Arlon Graphics in case of any REACH relevant changes in their product composition.
●Therefore, Arlon Graphics confirms to fulfil its obligations of immediately informing your company on all REACH relevant changes on the produced products according to Reg (EC) 1907/2006, Article 33.
