●Flash storage offers features such as high-speed access, outstanding shock resistance, compactness, light weight and low power consumption. Products such as TDK's SSD (Solid State Drive) and CF (Compact Flash) card are widely used in all kinds of industrial devices as substitutes for HDDs. “CFast™” is the next-generation memory card standard established by the CompactFlash Association. Identical in size to a CF card, CFast is mounted with a SATA interface and realizes twice the transfer speed of conventional types. The CFast™ card mounted with advanced memory controller IC “GBDriver RS3” is a new development by TDK. The product lineup features capacities of 1GB to 32GB and offers a wide range of high-speed, highly reliable performance for industrial applications such as operation systems, control programs and user data storage as well as for embedded applications.

■Employed TDK CFast Controller GBDriver® RS3.(Designed by us and domestically-manufactured)
■Employed 4KB/page SLC NAND type flash memory. (High-speed, high-durability, and domestically-manufactured.)
■Compatible with Serial ATA Standard Rev.2.6 (Gen 1:1.5Gbps/Gen 2: 3.0Gbps).
■Equipped with 15bit/512Byte ECC, 44bit/512Byte ECC (BCH).
■Reinforced power fail tolerance. (Equipped with rewinding function)
■Equipped with TDK global Static Wear leveling function. (TDK SMART SWAP)
■Equipped with AES 128bit (Advanced Encryption Standard) encryption function(CBC mode)
■SSD life monitor software (TDK SMART) is included.
