●This document is Sensorex statement regarding EC Regulation 1907/2006, also known as REACH(Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals).
●Under the REACH Regulations, Sensorex is an “Article Supplier” that Exports Articles to the EU. As a producer of “Articles” Sensorex is affected by Article 7 (with the referenced Articles 57 and 59) and Article 33 of the REACH Regulation 1907/2006
■Article 7 “Registration and notification of substances in articles”
●Sensorex’s Response: Sensorex’s sensors/probes do not contain any substances that are “intended to be released” during normal or reasonable conditions of use.
●Sensorex’s sensors/probes do not contain any of the substances listed on the initial “Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern” dated on October 28, 2008. This applies to Sensorex products manufactured after January 1, 2006. Including the REACH Candidate List of SVHC (168 Substances) and substances on List of Annex XVII (ITEMS F1-F40)
■Article 33 “Duty to Communicate information on substances in Articles”
●Sensorex’s Response: Sensorex’s sensors/probes do not contain any of the substances listed on the “Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern” dated on October 28, 2008
