Development of Connector for Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp (EL3 Series)
■Lately, the price of LCD TV continues to go down. For realizing the low price, efficiency in assembling work is pursued, not only efforts to reduce cost of products’ materials and components. In particular, price reduction of backlight unit, one of components of LCD TV, is becoming an important issue.
■In response to the needs, JAE has developed EL3-series connector for cold cathode fluorescent lamp (refer to Photo 1). Here we outline this series of connector.
