●We further assure that,based on current knowledge,these part numbers are in compliance with the European Union Directive 1907/2006 on the Registration Evaluation Authorization and Restriction of Chemical Substances (REACH) and subsequent revisions. Our products do not contain more than 0.1% w/w of substances listed in the latest 144 Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) list released by the European Chemicals Agency as of June 20, 2013 (Page 2-10).
●With effect from 1 June,2009 Annex XVII "Restrictions on the manufacturing,placing on the market and use of certain dangerous substances, mixtures and articles"of REACH entered into force, we hereby confirm that none of the Parlex products are in conflict with the restrictions defined in REACH Annex XVII as amended.
