Newhaven Display TFT, OLED, Character LCD, Graphic LCD and VFD displays DECLARATION OF RoHS COMPLIANCE
● We declare that the products listed below comply with The European RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU (Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment) which prohibits the following substances in electrical and electronic equipment:
▲ Lead (Pb)^lOOO ppm
▲ Cadmium (Cd) < 100 ppm
▲ Hexavalent Chrome (Cr VI) < 1000 ppm
▲ Mercury (Hg) < 1000 ppm
▲ Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBB) < 1000 ppm
▲ Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDE) < 1000 ppm
● The impurity threshold used to verify compliance is based on percent weight of regulated material per homogeneous/individual material. Homogenous material means a unit that cannot be mechanically disjoined in single materials. The term "homogeneous*' is understood as "of uniform composition throughout". Examples of "homogeneous materials" are individual types of: plastics, ceramics, glass, metals, alloys, paper, board, resins and coatings.
● I hereby certify that Newhaven Display TFT, OLED, Character LCD, Graphic LCD, and VFD displays conform to the European RoHS Directive as described above.
● Any Newhaven Display product with Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamps (CCFL) are RoHS compliant via Exemption 3a. (up to 5mg may be used per lamp after 31 December 2011)
