Seifert Systems DUAL-USE DECLARATION (D-QLT-006)
■Seifert Systems full product range includes a variety of high performance filter fans, air I air and air I water heat exchangers, air conditioners, chillers, cabinet heaters, thermostats, hygrostats and energy efficient cabinet lighting. Seifert Systems products are designed to be industrial components.
■Europe: Materials of the type of Seifert Systems products are not included in the list of dual use items and technologies referred to in Council Regulation (EC) No 428/2009.
■USA: Seifert Systems are neither EAR99 classified, nor require an ECCN (Export Control Classification Number). EAR99 classification indicates that a particular item is subject to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), but is not listed with a specific Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) on the Commerce Control List (CCL).
■Note: Seifert Systems products isolated neither fall under ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) restrictions, nor under the Wassenaar Arrangement on export controls for conventional arms and dual-use goods and technologies. It is not the duty of Seifert Systems, to extend its control over additional treatment or final use of Seifert Systems products. Seifert Systems customers must ensure themselves that their commerce complies with all applicable regulations.
