ES810 Series Servo Drive (Multidrive System) User Guide
The ES810 multi-motor servo drive is Inovance's new generation low-voltage multi-point drive system. The power of the ES810 series ranges from 2.2 kW to 75 kW. The system is driven by the unified power supply unit module and a common DC link busbar composed of multiple servo drives. It supports EtherCAT communications, and allows online operation of multiple servo drives when used with an upper computer. It meets the drive requirements of a single mechanical equipment with multiple drive points, or a continuous production system. The action features of the fully electric injection molding machine, for example, the injection rate and the control of pressure hold accuracy, are also optimized. The drive is easy to use due to the functions of rigid table setting, inertia auto-tuning and oscillation suppression. The drive enables rapid accurate control of the position, speed and torque when used with a medium or small inertia ESMQ, ESMG, ESMH series highly responsive servo motors. It is applicable to auto equipment such as plastic molding equipment, semiconductor producing equipment, chip mounters, PCB punchers, handling equipment, food processing machine, machine tools and transmission machine.
