CUI Product Discontinuation
●Acceptance of LTB orders is subject to product availability and at the discretion of CUI. Every effort will be madeto fulfill these orders. However, in the event that we have some supply constraint, we reserve the right to short ship the order.
●Purchase orders for these products will be considered non-cancelable, non-returnable (NCNR). Products purchased during this end-of-life transition period will be fully covered by CUI’s standard product warranty. Failure analysis will be limited to verification of failure and remedies will be limited to credit of the product purchase price.
●If you have any questions concerning the discontinuation notice, please contact your local CUI Representative.
