■The Keithley Instruments Model 4200A-SCS Setup and Maintenance is a customizable and fully-integrated parameter analyzer that provides synchronized insight into current-voltage (l-V), capacitance-voltage (C-V): and ultra-fast pulsed l-V characterization.
