BTA308X-800C0 3Q Hi-Com Triac
■Planar passivated high commutation three quadrant triac in a TO220F "full pack" plastic package. This triac is intended for use in motor control circuits where high blocking voltage, high static and dynamic dV/dt as well as high dlcom/dt can occur. This "series CO" triac will commutate the full rated RMS current at the maximum rated junction temperature without the aid of a snubber
