●SUPER LOW NOISE PHEMT (0.15μm x 150μm gate): The BeRex BCL015 is a GaAs Super Low Noise Enhancement Mode pHEMT in an industry standard, bare die product. It’s 0.15μm by 150μm recessed gate architecture provides low noise and high associated gain over a broad frequency range of 1000 MHz to 26 GHz.
