LMR-BAC-PR ASHRAE’s BACnet® Guestroom Software License
■This license for BACnet software enables a third-party hospitality building management system to control, monitor, and manage lights, shades, devices, and HVAC systems.
■The information available through the guestroom system and this license includes, but is not limited to the following:
▲any lights on
▲all lights off
▲ shades levels
▲shades closed
▲room temperature
▲temperature setpoints
▲thermostat alarms
▲ lighting and HVAC power data
▲device statuses
■This license is used to share information between guest rooms and hotel Building Management Systems.
■This license must be activated by a certified Lutron service engineer.
■BACnet IP is embedded in guestroom control unit.
■There are two types of BACnet devices:
-Subsystem devices (main BACnet devices; typically one per guestroom).
-Area devices (virtual BACnet devices; typically one or more per guestroom).
■BTL tested and certified.
