Compliance Statement to California Proposition 65 for its semiconductor products in brand ams and OSRAM

2021-12-30
●California Proposition 65, officially known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, is an act that establishes the Proposition 65 list –a regularly updated list of chemicals that are prohibited by the state from being released to the environment, due to the possibility of contaminating any California drinking water source.
●We, upon review of the material composition and declaration forms (MDF) and based on the best available information provided by our suppliers, declare that our products do not contain any of the Proposition 65 substances above the legal threshold limits. As our semiconductor products are "articles", not chemicals, with no risk of exposure in a normal product application and use, Proposition 65 warning signs are not applicable.
●More information on the regulation can be viewed here:
■CA Proposition 65(Proposition 65|OEHHA (ca.gov))
●We continue to monitor our products and the supply chain for the requirements posed by the regulation.
