Compliance Statement to REACH Regulation for its semiconductor products in brand ams and OSRAM (EC) No. 1907/2006

●Entered into force on 1 June 2007, Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) aims to improve the protection of human health and the environment from the risks posed by chemicals, while enhancing the competitiveness of the business industries.
●We, based on best available information provided by our suppliers, declare our compliance to the 219 substances of very high concern (SVHC) published on 8 July 2021. None of the Candidate List substances is exceeding 0.1% (weight) in a semiconductor article. Our semiconductor products do not contain substances as listed in REACH Annex XVII exceeding the relevant limits. Our AGsemiconductor products are "articles", not chemicals, Safety Data Sheets are not applicable.
