●Ozone depleting substances (ODS) are chemicals that when released in the environment, destroys the earth’s protective ozone layer -including: Chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs), Halon, Carbon Tetrachloride (CCl4), Methyl Chloroform (CH3CCl3), Hydrobromofluorocarbons (HBFCs), Hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs), Methyl Bromide (CH3Br), Bromochloromethane (CH2BrCl).
●We, upon review of the material composition and declaration forms (MDF) and based on the best available information provided by our suppliers, declare that our products do not use ozone depleting substances or its mixture or isomers of such substances mentioned in Annex A, Annex B, Annex C, Annex E or Annex F of the Montreal Protocol above the legal threshold limits.As our semiconductor products are “articles”, not chemicals, we see no risk to cause releases that would impact the atmosphere in a normal product application and use.
