●ams AG, on the basis of the best available information provided by our suppliers, declares that all packaging materials produced by our suppliers for and delivered to ams AG and its customers are compliant with the EU Packaging Directive 94/62/EC and its amendment, Directive (EU) 2018/852. The defined threshold limits of lead, chromium VI, cadmium, and mercury (concentration of heavy metals in packaging and packaging materials below 100 ppm) according to the directive are not exceeded.
●As in article 3 of the EU Packaging Directive 94/62/EC, ("packaging" shall mean all products made of any materials of any nature to be used for the containment, protection, handling, delivery and presentation of goods) this should cover all types of packaging delivered directly to customers by ams AG and its qualified suppliers.
