QORVO CMRT REVIEW CRITERIA Responsible Minerals
■To meet the requirements set forth in the OECD Due Diligence Guidance, Qorvo is required to gather 3TG (tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold) sourcing information from its supply chain. This information is collected using the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) developed by the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI).
■This document is intended to inform suppliers of the criteria by which Qorvo will use when reviewing CMRT submissions.
