●We regret having to inform you that Melexis intends to stop production of above-mentioned products due to low demand and the discontinuation of all product versions of MLX75123, which is the companion chip.

●To prepare a ramp-down scenario, Melexis will still accept orders of MLX75024RTF-GAA-000-xx, MLX75024RTF-GAA-001-xx, MLX75024STF-GAA-000-xx and MLX75024STF-GAA-001-xx till 28-FEB-2022. By then we expect a final all-time buy order for delivery until 31-AUG-2022. Hence, we are providing you an 8 months transition period.

●This order will be non-cancelable and non-returnable. The current unit price, payment terms and shipment terms remain applicable.
