Merano Hybrid – Flood Illuminator fact sheet
■The Merano Hybrid is a highly power efficient and cost effective near infrared laser flood illuminator, intended for use in consumer mobile 3D applications. The integrated laser driver allows fast laser modulation, which leads to better depth accuracy and resolution. The resistive interlock loop on the lens and the photodiode (PD) included in the Merano Hybridensures that, in the event of diffuser damage, an external monitoring circuit can turn off the illuminator, to avoid potential unsafe operating conditions.
