Caution for the Use of Disinfectants on Nichia Products

In response to the recent widespread contagion, there may be a case where the disinfection is obligated at your factories under the guidelines by the authorities.If a disinfectant, especially a chlorine-based disinfectant,comes in direct contact with Nichia's products, it may cause adverse effects on the product such as corrosion of the electrodes.
Please refrain from spraying disinfectants onto/near Nichia's products after opening the package or onto/near the goods in process in your factories (i.e. the good with Nichia's products that are exposed to the air). Please take caution to ensure that no disinfectants come into contact with Nichia's products.
