TLP3351 Photocouplers Photorelay
■General
▲The TLP3351 is a photorelay in a 4-pin USOP that consists of a photo MOSFET optically coupled with an infrared light emitting diode. The TLP3351 features low output capacitance, COFF, and thus fast on/off switching of a high-frequency signal, making it ideal for switching applications in high-speed testers.

▲Trigger LED current: 3 mA (max)
▲ON-state current: 120 mA (max)
▲ON-state resistance: 10 Ω (typ.), 15 Ω (max)
▲OFF-state Capacitance: 0.7 pF (typ.), 1.3 pF (max)
▲Isolation voltage: 500 Vrms (min)
