This document describes known anomalies for all functional revisions of the USB331x device. The functional revision of a 24-pin QFN version of the USB331x can be determined via the designator located in the “R” position of the top marking as indicated in Figure 1.1. For BGA versions of the USB331x, the revision ID can be read via software, or the customer may contact SMSC with the lot number information.
