Bourns® Model CD0603-B, CD1607-B and CD216A-B Series Surface Mount Rectifier Diodes to be Discontinued Product Obsolescence Memo
Bourns is discontinuing the Model CD0603-B, CD1607-B, and CD216A-B Series listed below with an effective date of April 1, 2018. Recommended replacement products, Model CD0603-BxR and CD123D-BxR, are available. The replacement devices are functionally equivalent to the models being transferred to end of life status.
Products purchased during this End of Product Life transition period will be covered by Bourns' standard warranty. Last Time Buy orders for these products will be considered non-cancellable and non-returnable.
