●End of Life of all wafer and package options of AT25SF081 and conversion to AT25SF081B or AT25FF081A alternatives
●The AT25SF081, 8Mbit Serial Flash device, all Packages, all options, configurations, and derivatives have been moved to End of Life Status due to 90nm wafer manufacturing process being discontinued. Apendix I lists the base part numbers and new part cross references. For device part numbers not listed contact your Dialog Sales Representative
●Due to unprecedented demand driven by this EOL coupled to exceptional market shortages Dialog has to close the Last Time Buy date window as all available inventory has now been exhausted. Dialog Sales will be available to discuss the impact to your backlog and options available for alternative devices
