thermoMETER CT Infrared sensor Operating Instructions
■The thermoMETER CT is designed for use in industrial and laboratory areas. It is used for non-contact temperature measurement.
■The system must only be operated within the limits specified in the technical data.
■The sensor must be used in such a way that no persons are endangered or machines and other material goods are damaged in the event of malfunction or total failure of the controller.
■Take additional precautions for safety and damage prevention in case of safety-related applications.
●Functional Principle
■The sensors of the thermoMETER CT series are non-contact measuring infrared temperature sensors. They calculate the surface temperature based on the emitted infrared energy of objects, The sensor housing of the thermoMETER CT is made from stainless steel (protection class. IP 65/ NEMA 4), the controller is placed in a separate box made of die casting zinc.
