● Cree's SR™ LEDs are the newest generation of solid-state LED emitters that combine highly efficient InGaN materials with Cree's device design to deliver superior value and performance. SR LEDs are among the smallest and brightest in the market enabling compact and highly efficient solutions for a variety of applications, including indicators, gaming, and video displays. The 100 mm thick SR2130 LEDs are designed for use in industry standard single color and RGB packaging with silicone die attach and standard wire bonding.
