◆Adds support for a new protocol bundle, D9020BDLP– “Complete Infiniium Protocol Decode/Trigger”.
◆Adds new SCPI grammar for returning the phase noise frequency data, :WAVeform:PNOise:FREQuency?
●Bug Fixes
◆Fixes the following issue. Keysight IT recently tightened its Internet security and the Infiniium Software Updater could not reach keysight.com for updates. This manifests as a message in the "Check for Updates" or "Update Software" feature that the "LatestAppinfo.xml file cannot be found", a standard Microsoft error.
◆Updates the help documentation calculations for noise eye-height measurements.
◆Fixes the dynamic range reading for the N5449A High Impedance Adapter.
◆Fixes an issue with the :CHANNEL[N]:PROBE:INFO query returning incorrect probe information.
◆Fixes an issue with Infiniium going into a “no measurement” state for the N6472A IEEE 802.3 bs/cd compliance test application.
◆Fixes -222 “Data out of range” error for the :MEASURE:THRESHOLD:PERCENT command.
◆Fixes a delta time measurement issue for the Add math function when the two sources being added are the same channel.
◆Fixes an issue with the PAM4 jitter and histogram measurement results degrading with each setup change.
◆Fixes the following issue. After running the PCIe protocol decoder on a waveform containing TS1 Training Sequences, the decoder erroneously shows "Compliance Receive = Enable Compliance Receive" in the "Details" view of a packet. This logic is inverted.
◆Fixes an EZJIT MATLAB runtime error when running the Rx DisplayPort compliance test solution for HBR3 Total Jitter.
◆Fixes an issue with the :MTES:FOLD:TSC command was returning -222 “Data out of range” for the Rx MIPI D-PHY compliance test solution.
◆Fixes an issue with the :LANE[N]:EQUALIZER:DFE:TAP:AUTOMATIC command returning error 25, “This entry isn’t a valid selection. The control had not been modified.”
◆Fixes an issue with a “current probe” selection always picking N7019A.
◆Fixes an issue with information messages showing up in the screen shot obstructing the waveform viewing area.
