●Ohmcraft resistorsare considered"Articles"by REACH.Furthermore,there is no intended release of any substance or preparationfrom any Ohmcraft resistor.Therefore, by REACH regulations,there are no requirements for registration associated with Ohmcraft resistors.
●To the best of our knowledge, based on information provided by the suppliers of the raw materials used in the Ohmcraft production process, and, in certain cases, based on the material safety data sheets corresponding to the raw materials used in the Ohmcraft production process, which may include incomplete substance content information as a means of protecting proprietary information,all resistors currently produced by Ohmcraft do not contain any SVHC at a concentration of greater than 1% by weight in the overall resistor, and do not violate any of the Restrictions listed in Annex XVII of Regulation (EC) No.1907/2006 (they do not contain any substance Restricted by a Restriction applicable to resistor products).
