M3253504E1Z103JZMB Surface Mount Multilayer Ceramic Chip Capacitors (SMD MLCCs)
PRF-55681 and MIL-PRF-123, allowing for reduced board space and continuing the trend for miniaturization.
In addition to being the first BME COG and BP dielectric qualified for use in defense and aerospace applications, MIL-PRF-32535 is the first DLA speciflication to recognize a flexible termination option. KEMET's flexible termination utilizes a pliable and conductive silver epoxy between the base metal and nickel barrier layers of the termination system. The addition of this epoxy layer inhibits the transfer of board stress to the rigid ceramic body, therefore mitigating flex cracks, which can result in a low IR or short circuit failures.
