■Please take insulation around leadwireswhere they are in close proximity to the chassis or any part that is connected to the chassis.The leadwirescan touch each other but they cannot come in contact withground or chassis.Only 6.3 V of low heater voltage is applied between yellow and green lead wire. Over 2000 V of high voltage is applied between lead wires and chassis. So, an insulation is only needed between lead wiresand chassisfor avoid arcing. We recommend takingenough gapsbetween lead wires and chassisor covering lead wires with insulation tube, whichis made of silicon.High voltage proof of2 to 60 kW magnetronlead wire Nissei RSU is AC 1500 V.
