NXP PMIC Solution for the ST SPC58 Chorus Family MCUs
This application note describes various ways that NXPs FS65/FS85 series of Power Management ICs (PMIC) can be used to manage power and safety functions for ST SPC58 Chorus MCUs in automotive applications. NXP PMIC solutions are provided for 12 V and 24 V battery systems, including typical a power tree configuration, an MCU fault monitor, and system functional safety control.
