TS24GTR11S-P Fully-integrated 24GHz CMOS RADAR MMIC Data sheet
■TS24GTR11S-P is a CMOS transceiver for signal generation and reception, operating from 24.0 to 24.25GHz. It is based on a 24GHz fundamental voltage controlled oscillator. A fully integrated synthesizer with no external component needed is incorporated with a radar chirping generator for various FMCW applications. The main RF output delivers typ. 9dBm signal power to feed an antenna. A pair of coupler and transformer are used for RF quadrature phase generation of the homodyne quadrature down conversion mixer. The receiver is equipped two cascaded high-pass filters that are programmable from 1kHz to 100kHz to suppress DC offset or large low frequency signal due to PA leakage. Output power sensors as well as a temperature sensor are implemented for monitoring purposes. The device is controlled via SPI and is manufactured in CMOS technology. The IC is packaged in a 32-pin leadless RoHs compliant QFN package.
