Good-Ark Semiconductor introduces 1A, 20~60V Schottky in the low profile, small foot print iSGP package, ideal for handheld devices, telecommunication and automotive applications. As member of the eSGX package family, it is developed to meet the requirement for better energy efficiency, lower thermal resistance and smaller and thinner in size. The devices are packaged in a iSGP package, halogen free by design and AEC-Q101 qualification available.
