●NICOMATIC is present in a growing number of space projects. Our interconnect solutions and especially CMM & DMM micro-connectors are adapted for a usage in the outer-space. NICOMATIC is certified EN9100:2009 and goes through a process that allows to work in respect to the aerospace norms.
●Our special PPS (Polyphenylene sulfide) insulator properties are recognized for space applications.
●Features such as oxygen free (no bubbles formation) & high temperature resistance at +260°C make our products particularly attractive to the space industry.
●NICOMATIC products are successfully used in satellites, simulators, communication units, optical sensors, HD cameras & controllers, and robotics. For example, we have designed a special connector for the chinese Space Program. this connector has been used in the Jade Rabbitt that has landed on the moon.
