Keysight N2890L Passive Probe

The Keysight Technologies N2890L is a low-cost, general purpose passive probe with 500-MHz bandwidth and features a high input resistance of 10 MΩ for low probe loading. The probe provides a 10:1 attenuation ratio and is compatible with Keysight's InfiniiVision and Infiniium Series oscilloscopes with 1 MΩ BNC input.
