RO4730G3™ END OF LIFE PRODUCT NOTIFICATION
On June 2nd2020, Rogers Corporation had sent the notification of RawMaterial Change in RO4730G3™ Laminates, in that notification, we have elaborated the details of this change in product, supply capability, and recommended products to replace legacy RO4730G3™which are RO4730G3™ R2,and 4730G3™R2TP to service your CAF-sensitive designs.
As described on the legacy RO4730G3™ PCN, the supply for legacy RO4730G3™ ‘lastsuntil November 1st, 2020.The original product (RO4730G3™), therefore, will be available for purchase as long as inventory remains for this raw material OR until November 1st, 2020, whichever comes first’.
Therefore, November 1st, 2020 is the official end of life date of the legacy RO4730G3™ product. The purpose of this letter is to remind you of the fact that legacy RO4730G3™ is no longer available and the replacement products –RO4730G3™ R2 and R2TP are available to you.
