Development of Conductive Polymer Hybrid Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors HXF Series Up to 2.1 times higher ripple current than conventional products
Realizing a higher ripple by approximately 1.3 to 2.1 times while maintaining the high reliability (HXE Series: guarantees 4,000 hours at 125°C/135°C, 2,000 hours at 85°C85%RH) of conventional products will greatly contribute to the downsizing and longer life of circuit units such as DC-DC converters and inverters by reducing the number of capacitors used.
By using both conductive polymer and liquid electrolyte as electrolyte, conductive polymer hybrid aluminum electrolytic capacitors have low ESR and excellent heat resistance from conductive polymer, as well as oxide layer repairability from liquid electrolyte. Another feature of this type of capacitor is its ability to achieve a high withstand voltage.
In addition to low-ESR technology from conductive polymer materials, we have achieved a higher ripple for the HXF Series by using liquid electrolyte with excellent stability in a high temperature range.
