Development of High Ripple Resistant Screw Terminal Type Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors RWK Series
This series is based on the conventional RWH Series and is specialized for ripple resistance. Ripple resistance has increased by a maximum 10% and ripple resistance per capacitance has increased by a maximum 30% compared to the RWH Series.
In high ripple current applications, conventional products may need a system design with excessive capacitance to increase ripple current resistance. In such applications, we believe that the use of this Series will contribute to the optimization of capacitance and downsizing of the system.
In the development process, we reduced product resistance and achieved high ripple resistance by using a newly self-developed low-loss foil for the electrodes.
