KBMG-21D FOR SUB FRACTIONAL HP DC MOTORS

The KBMG-21D is designed to provide smooth operation of sub-fractional motors on a compact regenerative control. This control is the same size as the KBMG-21D model, but the current selection jumpers settings are divided by 10. Therefore, the maximum jumper setting is 1.0 Amps. See the table below for more information. Lower jumper settings provide current limit and IR compensation for smaller sub-fractional motors.
Testing agencies such as UL, CSA, etc., usually require that equipment undergo a High Voltage Dielectric Withstand Test (Hi-Pot Test). In order to prevent catastrophic damage to the KBMG, which has been installed in the equipment, the following procedure is recommended. The KBMG has been factory Hi-Pot Tested in accordance with UL requirements.
