SL Power Electronics Corp confirms that each of the supplier / manufacturer part numbers listed in this form are in compliance with the substance restrictions of RoHS Directive EU 2015/863/EU on the Restriction of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment in the EU TAC (Technical Adaptation Committee homogeneous material definition). SL Power takes no exemptions to any of the listed items.
This determination was made using appropriate systems and processes to ensure accuracy of the data provided by our suppliers, and we have methods of verifying and / or auditing the information provided and maintaining appropriate records to allow traceability of the products covered in this declaration.
In addition, should any person or entity acting in reliance on this declaration become the subject of an action brought by a government agency under the RoHS Directive identified above and such action was due to any inaccuracies or misrepresentations made in this declaration, SL Power Electronics Corp. hereby authorizes the person or entity to release our name to the authorities in their defense if so required.
